FlowPilot doesn't.

On another job, over the weekend, or halfway across the world — your customers still get answered.

Miss the call.
Not the job.

  1. It answers as your business

By name — and it tells the caller straight away that it's an assistant taking details.

  2. It asks when they need it done

What the job is, where they are, and the date they're working to. One question at a time, like a person would.

  3. It's on your phone before you're free

A text with the job, the date and the number to ring back. Tap it and the whole job opens — accept it, ring them, or leave it.

  • Never quotes a price
  • Never promises a time
  • Never invents a service you don't offer

Keep your number.
Change almost nothing.

Most of it is done for you. The one thing only you can do takes about a minute on your own phone.

  1. Tell us about your business

The jobs you take, the areas you cover, and how you want calls handled.

  2. Forward your missed calls

One short code on your own handset. Your customers keep ringing the same number, and nothing on your van changes.

  3. We ring you to check it worked

A test call so you can hear it answer before a real customer does.

One missed call pays for it.

Questions worth asking

Do I have to change my number?

No. You keep the number that's on your van, your website and your Google listing. You dial one short code once, and calls you don't pick up land with FlowPilot instead of voicemail. Nothing else about how you work changes.

Will my customers know they're talking to a machine?

Yes, because we tell them. Every call opens with "Thanks for calling O'Brien Plumbing. I'm their automated assistant — I'll take your details and pass them straight on." before your own greeting. You can't switch that off, and that's deliberate — somebody describing an emergency in their kitchen deserves to know what they're speaking to.

What if it doesn't understand the job?

It asks again. If it still can't tell, it takes whatever details it has and flags the job for you rather than guessing — you get a lead marked as needing a human. It never quotes a price and never promises a time you haven't agreed to.

How long until it's actually answering calls?

Most of it is done while you set it up — the number is bought and configured for you in the background. The one thing only you can do is dial the forwarding code on your own handset, which takes about ten seconds.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your billing settings. It keeps answering until the end of the month you've paid for. There's no notice period and nothing to ring anyone about.

Still have a question?

Ask about setup, pricing or how the receptionist works. It only knows about FlowPilot, and it will say so when it doesn't know.

Take your time back.

Your business can keep answering without you.
